I’m a huge baseball fan. I’ve loved it ever since I was a small child. I know there are some who might lump me in with the “purists“, but I don’t think that I am a purist. I didn’t mind when the realigned the leagues (except for the lopsided number of teams in each league) or the new playoff structure). That being said, I love the fact that, unlike some of the other major league sports (hockey being the worst offender), the rules of baseball don’t change all of the time. With a few minor exceptions, the rules that are in place now are the same ones that were in place when Honus Wagner played the gaem
BUT ….
This is digusting. I can’t even find the words to accurately describe how I feel about this. It just sickens me. These two cities should have their franchises revoked for pulling a stunt like this.
